MUFC Summer Training Schedule (pdf)

This schedule will include the following events:

CVR 100 – Introduction to Coerver Skills
Basic Coerver ball work, drill work, and moves. Emphasis is on ball touches and developing ball touch and feel.
Recommended Ages – 8 to 14

CVR 101 – Intermediate Coerver Skills
Higher emphasis on Coerver drills and moves. Ball confidence, touch, and control are the emphasized areas.
Recommended Ages – 14 to 18

SPA 100 – Introduction to Speed and Agility
Players will be introduced to the movements associated specifically with soccer. Jumping, Running Technique, and Foot Speed are some of the emphasized areas. This is great training for field players as well as goalkeepers.
Recommended Ages – 8 to 14

SPA 101 – Intermediate Speed and Agility
More physically intense training while still emphasizing technique. This is great training for field players as well as goalkeepers.
Recommended Ages – 14 to 18

GK Training – Goalkeeper Training
Goalkeeper specific training. Emphasis is on techniques, decision making, movements, as well as all other arenas of goalkeeping. This is an essential program for all goalkeepers to improve outside of practice and match play.
Recommended Ages – ALL
